Ryan headed off to scout camp early in the morning. He was in good spirits and having sent a kid off already for a week I wasn't really nervous. All the reports I heard he had a wonderful time and was a great asset to the troop.
We found out last minute that Nathan needed to start his Eagle Project right away which meant running around getting signatures and lots of other things figured out. Everything worked out and he got approved so the cub scouts planned service project was able to count towards Nathan's project and the "fun" has begun. Too bad we will be gone for a few weeks and won't be able to really help much. Poor little Lynnlee got dragged along looking for signatures so we made snow cones when we got home.
I actually got crafty and made a wreath! I love it.
The girls love staying up late and playing with neighbors. We also went to Highland Glen Park with the Bankheads. Nathan was a good sport to hang out with us all day. The kids had fun in the inner tubes, the raft and trying to skip rocks. It was a nice relaxing day.
That night Greg took Nathan and Annabelle climbing but I was wiped so I stayed and played with this cutie.
I loved watching these boys teach each other and play together.

Callie got a little fish as a party favor (not the best idea) and the next morning when I was showering she came running up and told me it looked "different" and wasn't swimming. Thankfully Daddy took care of explaining and calming her down. Poor girl!
I was in charge of book club this week with Annabelle. We read Wide Awake Princess and had lots of fun playing Jeopardy, making games and bracelets and talking about our future husbands. Callie really wanted something so I put together a group of girls to do a craft/art club. They had a blast and I am glad that all worked out.

GiGi Bonnie took us all to Charlottes Web at BYU. First we went out to lunch at the Creamery (it is SO crowded!). I love hanging out with my cousins, but it definitely makes me miss my sweet sisters and brothers.
We got this cute picture of Ryan. I am glad he was able to smile after such a long and full week.
