3 Months!

We have survived the first quarter of Callie's first year. She has grown a lot this year--not sure about her physical stats but definitely mentally. We are hearing a little chuckle every now and then and get a LOT more smiles. Callie is an amazing sleeper. She can sleep upwards of 11 hours at night, and did that last night even, but most nights she wakes up only once and then is all smiles in the morning. Nathan says that Callie is, "The most beautiful girl in the world," which is probably why she loves sitting with him. All three of the older kids adore Callie and she returns their adoration with smiles and being completely content when they are all around.

When we are having meals Callie would rather be up on someones knee where she can see everyone rather than in her bouncer (where I'd like her to be). She is great at taking naps in her bed, and it is hard on days when we are out and about and she doesn't get long enough naps. Already she is VERY curious about her surroundings. She loves to look around at everything and everyone that is making noise. It can be a little frustrating when I am feeding her though. It is so fun watching her happy little personality come through more and more. We love you Callie.
